We currently do not provide psychology services. Our Practitioners are not registered psychologists but members of the Psychological Association Board. They have all graduated with relevant qualifications and Bachelor’s degrees in either Psychology or Psychological Science.
Some of our practitioners have further postgraduate qualifications in Counselling and family studies. They are registered with the NDIS as Behaviour Support Practitioners.

All our staff members engage in monthly external and internal training and have a company paid external training package to complete. They gain further experience and education in relevant areas, allowing our staff to further develop their skills and knowledge in behaviour support and early intervention.
We also support them to engage in external training in their specialised area of interest, which allows our staff to be diverse and support a range of people in our community.

Yes. Sometimes, we can facilitate and support participants outside of our service area. This depends on a case-by-case basis and whether our practitioner is available to travel outside our service area.
We also offer telehealth services to help support our participants all over Australia.

Yes. Our services and support go up to the age of 25. We understand that transitioning to 18 can be scary and overwhelming, as it involves moving on from paediatric allied health services and transitioning out of school.
This is why we support our participants until they reach age 25, helping them settle into their new allied health team and environments with familiar support.
-
We try our very best to minimise travel expenses for our participants. Sometimes, it is not possible to do so. However, we try to pair participants in similar areas and use telehealth to reduce travel. For example, school meetings can be moved to telehealth instead of in person.

No, we are unable to provide diagnosis testing and assessments. However, our behaviour practitioners are trained in assessments that evaluate developmental, behavioural, capacity skills, or emotional regulation difficulties.
These assessments can help support additional reports for additional needs in the school environment, providing evidence to the NDIS, paediatrician, psychologist, or other allied health members. They can also provide valid insight into the barriers the participant is facing and help develop therapeutic intervention plans.
